Robert "Randy" Feinberg, President and CEO of Sandkris properties is a seasoned Real Estate professional operator and developer. Randy started in the business with his father over 35 years ago.
Over that time he has owned, developed , renovated and managed millions of square feet of Office, Retail, Restaurant, Industrial, Flex, Apartments and Self Storage.
Sandkris Properties is currently in growth mode, Randy has added 1 million feet to the current portfolio of Office, LI, Flex, and build to suit development projects in the last 3 years thru 1031 exchanges and purchases. With his team in expansion mode the company is poised to add exponentially to the current portfolio over the next few years.
Randy Feinberg is also the President, CEO and founder of Locker Room Self Storage. In the last 25 years he started with 2 ground up facilities in South West and North East Philadelphia growing it into the largest privately owned self storage company in the Philadelphia / New Jersey area with over 15 facilities either built from the ground up, retro fitted or leasehold.
David EckelmeyerPartner and Chief Operating Officer
David Eckelmeyer is a partner and COO of Sandkris Properties. He is responsible for the oversight of acquisition and disposition due diligence, financial analysis, bank financing and all financial aspects of the company.
He oversees asset operations including development, property management, lease negotiations, and tenant/vendor/employee relations. He joined Randy Feinberg nearly 20 years ago and has worked alongside of him building Sandkris' current real estate portfolio.
Ramona Ann D'AmicoChief Marketing Officer & Sr. Property Manager
Ramona has been a devoted member of Randy's team for 35 years. What
began as an administrative position, quickly grew to an integral role
after acquiring her real estate license. Through the next seventeen
years, Ramona's contribution evolved as she was mentored in real estate
management. She transitioned from office manager to property manager
over the company's real estate holdings.
In 1988, the sub-company,
Locker Room Storage, was established. Ramona oversaw this storage
facility from breaking ground to opening day. As the company expanded
from 1988 to 2008, it built, owned and operated numerous facilities under the
watchful eye of Ramona. Overseeing the day to day operations of over
a million square feet of space was a testament to her abilities.
Brittingham's Pub in Lafayette Hill was purchased in 2013, Ramona's
responsibilities expanded again as she transitioned to operations
management of the historical restaurant. To date, Ramona is a force
within the company that ensures every detail is accounted for.
Chuck DeMutisSite Manager
Chuck has been a vital part of our team for the past 25 years. His broad experience with construction enables him to oversee the daily operations with the highest quality of standards. His ability to ensure that all tasks are handled in a timely manner with safety in mind and the ability to stay within budget without cutting corners. His experience in remodeling gives him the ability to improve both occupied & unoccupied spaces and lead his maintenance team by influence.
